To become a leader you need to have lots of qualities. The first quality is self-confidence. Whatever you are going to do as a leader, you need to be confident and believe in yourself. Anything is possible when you believe you can do that. A good leader inspires other people while he does something. Suppose you are starting a new company, you have to motivate and inspire your employees positively to get their best performance. The second thing is honesty that every leader should have.
