The compensation plan that isXperia uses is called the Flex Pay Plan. This is a binary system where you build a left side and a right side of your team. For every $500 BV you receive a $30 commission. You can choose to get started with the basic starter kit for $49.95 or you can get the premium kit for $99.95 and in order to qualify for the bonuses you must have an auto ship of the product each month.
