Javita is founded in 2011 by Stanley J. Cherelstein, he is also the CEO and president of Waiora (founded in 2004), a Network Marketing company that develops and distributes Healthy Aging products. Stan Cherelstein has been in the network marketing Industry for 11 years.
Javita’s main product is a coffee blend which is marketed as “Coffee Evolved”. This is a proprietary blend of herbs and other natural ingredients with organic estate-grown South American coffee.
Javita plans to distinguish its coffee by providing coffee with the added benefits of health and vitality.
Javita is planning to launch in 20 countries.

An Uni-Level that pays 4%, 14 levels deep. Javita also offer 21 different ranking achievement bonus which drives down to infinity and a 50% to 100% matching bonus on these achievement level paying out up to $500,000

The compensation plan offers a commission of 30% on retail sales. There is a Fast Start Bonus, a familiar incentive amongst enterprises in this arena. The residual income earner, which is the actual reason most people enroll as distributors, is a Unilevel bonus that pays out up to 4% down to 14 levels. Most other Unilevel compensation plans in the industry will stop at 7 levels, however some will pay a bigger percentage. There is also a Managers and Directors bonus (MAD), which provides a piece of the company’s revenue to managers and directors.
