Neways was founded in 1992 by Tom and Dee Mower. The company was acquired in 2006 by private-equity firm Golden Gate Capital.
Golden Gate Capital is a San Francisco-based private equity investment firm with approximately $3.0 billion of capital under management.
Neways is headquartered in Springville, Utah and operates manufacturing facilities in Salem, Utah, and Auckland, New Zealand. Neways manufactures and distributes more than 300 innovative and exciting products ranging from shampoos and shower gel to nutritional supplements and household cleaners.
Neways operates in nearly 30 countries, with nearly 500,000 independent distributors around the world. With corporate headquarters in Springville, Utah, Neways employs more than 350 individuals at two facilities in Utah and nearly 700 people around the world.

Compensation Plan
Neways Hybrid Compensation Plan has a payout rate of 50% of commissionable volumes. Distributors receive commissions through two Profit Centers called the Multiplex Profit Center and the Affinity Profit Center. The Multiplex Profit Center pays out commissions quickly, while Affinity will provide the potentially huge income you're looking for once you've built up your organization.
To qualify for Neways’ Solid Rewards, purchase products through the Direct Ship program at the 100 PV/150 PV (CN) or 150 PV/225 PV (CN) level. You will earn 40 percent on the first 100 PV/150 PV (CN) of any of your first-level Distributors who purchase products through the Direct Ship program.
You will also earn 10 percent on the first 100 PV/150 PV (CN) of new Distributors on your second level who purchase products through the Direct Ship program. (Solid Rewards apply only in the new Distributor’s initial month.) Plus, Unlimited Bonuses are paid on the Solid Rewards program. As you advance in Distributor rank, you become eligible for additional lucrative sources of income, including personal rebates, group rebates, and Executive leadership bonuses. Affinity bonuses are paid on all monthly volume over 100 PV/150 PV (CN).
Once you obtain the rank of Senior Executive, you can qualify for Neways’ generous Car Bonus Program, which features a monthly payment of up to $1,000 US/$1,250 CN per month.
