Synergy WorldWide was founded by CEO Dan Higginson (Picture left) in 1999. In 2000 Synergy joined forces with Nature’s Sunshine and began to grow exponentially. Synergy Worldwide reported net sales revenue for the year ended December 31, 2010 of $68.6 million, compared to $55.9 million in 2009, an increase of approximately 22.7 percent. Estimated annual revenue for 2011 $100 million.

In 2011, Synergy Global took over Rain Nutrition. Rain Nutrition is marketing liquid supplements, formulated using the powerful extracts found in the seeds of fruits and herbs. Rain Nutrition's products have stronger, more concentrated levels of antioxidants. Through a cold press process, the essential nutrients inside the seed is extracted and the efficacy of those nutrients are preserved.

Synergy Worldwide Compensation Plan

Synergy’s has the Mega-Match compensation plan which is a Binary. This plan pays out 55 percent of commissionable sales after paying Fast Start and Elite Rebate each month. There are 7 ways to earn:

1. Retailing Products: Purchase products to resell, either in packs or individually, and earn a suggested 30 percent markup.
2. Fast Start Bonus: Earn Fast-Start Bonus on all initial orders of personally sponsored and activated people.
3. Elite Rebate: Receive a 25 percent rebate on all personal and customer product sales placed above the monthly Elite qualification sales requirement.
4. Basic Commission: Receive up to 10% commission of your weak leg volume* through all levels of your organization.
5. Mega-Match: Match up to 100% of all basic commissions earned by your personally sponsored downline.
6. Leadership Bonus: Earn a percentage of your strong leg volume based on weak leg volume.
7. Global Share Bonus: When you reach 400,000 CV in weak leg volume, you can participate in a share of total company CV.
