Wazzub Red Flag

Wazzub is Internet driven company that plans to compete with existing searching engines like Google and Yahoo. The company founders are as of February 2, 2012 unknown which is a big red flag.

Some website claims:

Wazzub has been created by a handful of entrepreneurs and investors. In September 2011 they founded GIT Global Investments, Inc. (GIT) for the purpose of running WAZZUB and related businesses. GIT is registered under the laws of Oregon. The Registration # is 802159-90.

GIT’s registered office is at 391 NW 179th Ave, Beaverton, OR 97006 and the WAZZUB headquarters is located at 7251 Lake Mead Blvd, Suite 364, Las Vegas, NV 89128. GIT Global Investments Inc. is registered as a ‘personal Services and Laundries‘ business and appears to have nothing to do with either MLM or the internet.

On April 1, 2012 Wazzub will launch their “Perfect Internet” home page and will feature personalized news, videos games, shopping deals, social media links and messages from friends and family.

As Wazzub is free to use, the business model is presented around profit sharing from advertisements. WAZZUB promise to pay 50% of their profits to their qualified pre-launch members.

Gee DaCosta is unknown in social media. However through BetterNetworker.com there is a Gee DaCosta and his company is Gee Money Enterprises. Gee is promoting https://www.upliftingothers.com/

Gee Money Enterprises Inc. has a location in Waxahachie, TX. Active officers include Janice E Dove. Gee Money Enterprises Inc. filed as a Domestic For-Profit Corporation on Friday, December 21, 2007 in the state of Texas and is currently active. Janice E Dove serves as the registered agent for this organization.

Compensation Plan

Wazzub promise to pay $1 per month for each person you refer. Your referrals can come from you directly, or from others who sign up from your referrals (down 5 levels deep).

There are 2 obligations to be qualified for payments:

  • You need at least 3 members in your personal WAZZUB downline
  • You have to set up their page as your home page .

Unless more information is released it looks like a pretty bad deal…

  3. Yes , I quite agree with Rudi, there is really no difference with what you have here and with what is on their home page. What I was hoping to see is a proof of the authenticity of their offering. For me the Wazzub website is a turn-off, I changed my mind about the company when I saw it. Secondly I consider the policy for paying compensation as dodgy, why must I have my Homepage as Wazzub to be paid, what is your offering that will make people keep their homepage as Wazzub, they no its not possible .

Het is jammer dat een hoop mensen met dromen ze hier tenonder zullen zien gaan, terwijl er 100'n wel solide opportuniteiten zijn. Iedereen wil graag geld (bij)verdienen in het huidige economische klimaat. Het zal je verbazen dat er maar weinig mensen zijn welke een bedrijf aan de kaak stellen. Ted is er daar gelukkig 1 van.

    [English] The reason for the homepage as your startup page is simple. They are hoping to get massive frenzy around Alexa ranking. That's NOT an indicator how good a company is doing. It IS a great indicator how to setup a ponzi tsunami. Prelaunch? Of what? lolz … stay away from this one.

  5. This is certainly being heavily promoted by the 'get rich without doing any work' bandwagon promoters, always a bad sign so I expect it to fail pretty quickly.
    The sad part is that as long as the gullible flock to these things they will continue to be promoted and contributing ammunition to those that scoff at our industry. Shame.

  7. When you are out front there is always someone who is kicking you in the rear. It is funny how NO ONE knows anything about this company but they all seem to be the expert.
    I would rather believe in WAZZUB and build an organization just to find out I was wrong than never do anything and watch my friends get rich and come to me after April to ask me to get started.

  9. @Jerry … that's so true my friend. However, a company can only rise to the level of it's leadership. If they want to be in the dark about that … then that's a red flag. There are 100s of opportunities out there that are more lucrative and building long-term. We might not be experts in wazzub, but we certainly know how to spot right from wrong, as we carry a moral 'obligation' to our teams. The odds aren't in your favour that’s all.

  10. I understand how they intend to earn money and pay the affiliates. They do not promise to pay $1 per month for each referral. They promise to take 50% of the earnings per month and divide it among qualified affiliates. The more people that have wazzub as their homepage the more possible earnings.
    I just wonder. if it´s free then what is the scam about? Are they collecting email addresses or is there something else?

  12. I am investigating WAZZUB and every day I discover new reasons that make this an evident scam to steal e-mail addresses.  The reasons are too numerous to mention but I will give a summary.
    WAZZUB is also dangerous, even if they are not asking you for money!  
    They can make you believe that you have earned money and ask you for your credit card or paypal so that they can send you your money.   But instead you will get stolen.  Or you will get paid a small amount so that they get a reputation that they are paying, this will get others interested in joining so they get more email adresses and later they will steal a lot of money and disappear with it.

    This has happened before, it is not new at all.  A company promises easy money and after stealing millions their founders disappear, and bring an excuse for what is happening.  They will even assure you that things will again work but they never do.

    There is no way they are going to generate $1 per person in your downline 5 levels deep.  Facebook earned $3 in one year for every user.
    People not earning from them (if they are legit at all) will be the only ones interested in using it because the rest see no reason why they are going to use WAZZUB instead of their currently favorite search engine.  This means that less ads will be served, less money will be made and people will eventually leave.
    Their sites are unprofessionally built and run on servers that are nowhere near as powerful as a search engine requires.  It even crashed twice due to many signups. If it cannot handle signups how will it handle actual usage from millions of users?  They do not have the infrastructure or the budget to run a money making business that compares to an unpopular search enging.  How can you expect them to pay a million members if they can't even build a business that sustains itself.
    I have discovered that all users earning money would be classified as share holders.  It is illegal for a startup that is not trading stocks publicly to have more than 250 shareholders, especially if no investment prospect has been handed and if these share holders are picked haphazzardly from the public.  Also, if they promise any earnings, in the USA they must make realistic claims based on actual figures and give each member a copy of a Disclosure Document that clearly mentions who the founders are, their criminal records (if any), as well as other things that WAZZUB has not, or cannot provide.  WAZZUB may or may not be a scam (although I believe it is) but it is certainly a business bound to fail and a potentially illegal one.
    They are making a lot of effort to get people to recruit.  Why aren't they releasing Press Releases to attract media attention?  What are they afraid of?
    And where are the adverts going to come from?  They are not courting businesses to advertise!  All they care about is more signups.
    The above is just the tip of the iceberg.  I have a list of over 25 reasons why this is a scam (or at least it will fail).  The above are just a few of those reasons.

      This is like a ‘Con Man’ tactics,,,make you believe..play with your emotion..give logic..then you’re trap..

  13. I must have skipped over that Betternetworker link. I found Gee DaCosta in 6 other MLMs, including one in early 2011 where he claims to be president / founder.

  14. I think WAZZUB can pay as we all know GOOGLE n FACEBOOK offering free service what they got? Simple they got a lot of money from the advertisers because of users using the site free of cost, some of them watch the advertisements n order and then pay. even simple advertisement shown on CABLE TV for a month costs then shown of advertisement on A Popular site like WAZZUB why the Advertising companies will not paid? If they Paid then Wazzub Can pay Us to make the wazzub worlds Famous Search engine / the site…………

    SO its the time to support the company to grow the power of WE, in turn WAZZUB will Support financially……………. GOOD LUCK to company owners and all the pre launch members and the prospective supporter users.
