WorldVentures Hosts Crowd of 4,000 for “A View From the Edge”
The Allen Event Center, located north of Dallas in Allen, TX was selected as the host venue for WorldVentures’ training event, “A View From the Edge.” From October 26 – 28, 2012.
The company welcomed close to 4,000 attendees of WorldVentures communities from all over North America to its annual event.
Now in its sixth year, this weekend marks the third time WorldVentures has hosted the event at the Allen Event Center. “We love having A View From the Edge in Allen,” says Marc Accetta, International Director of Training for WorldVentures. “The entire team at the Event Center is incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. And hosting the event at such a world-class facility definitely impacts the overall quality of the production.”
Allen was recently named among MONEY magazine’s “Best Places to Live 2012”. At number 13, it was one of only two Texas cities to break the top 25—a key factor in the decision by WorldVentures to keep the View in Allen. With an expected crowd of nearly 4,000 attendees—a 25% increase over 2011—the great mix of shopping and dining options nearby have made the city a favorite with the WorldVentures Representatives who attend this event each year.
The three-day theatrical production used an “edutainment” format, a fusion of education and entertainment designed to teach the audience important lessons about life and business. The View is the flagship of the company’s training series and the WorldVentures leadership and representatives attest to its impact on their lives both personally and professionally.
As WorldVentures Co-Founder and Chief Visionary Officer Wayne Nugent describes it, “After spending tens of thousands of dollars, traveling around the world getting trained by what’s considered the best trainers on the planet, I don’t know of anything better than what we experience at A View From the Edge with Marc Accetta.
