Danny Licciardi joins Ocean Avenue

 

Danny Licciardi has joined Ocean Avenue and sent a letter to Troy Dooly explaining his move. 

First, I would like to thank everyone for the overwhelming support from my friends and colleagues in the industry. It was truly humbling to have so many different companies reach out about their opportunities. When considering which company I intended on calling my new home, I applied a very specific ten point evaluation process. Although there were many great opportunities presented, it is with great excitement, and much confidence, that I announce my partnership with OCEAN AVENUE!

There were many things that stood out to me about Ocean Avenue.  I will be talking more in depth about these things in the coming days/weeks. In short, their branding was top notch; I was also looking for a relatively newer company, (not a start up) with momentum, where I could apply my experience and talents to help shape the culture of the company.  As a father, I loved the idea of the family first culture and vacation concierge program. I was thoroughly impressed with their international presence, and the significant amount of success they had in their first year.  I could not be more excited about the future and the opportunity Ocean Avenue presents me and my family.

Lastly, Troy, I would also like to sincerely thank you for your being an ambassador to our great profession.  I am honored to call you a friend.
