In March of 2004, Michelle Jones took a leap of faith and left the corporate world behind to become a Consultant with BeautiControl, a premium skin care and cosmetics direct selling company owned by Tupperware Brands.
In less than 18 months, she became a BeautiControl Director, one of 750 in a group of 85,000. In her years as Director, Michelle continued to steadily build her team, coaching them and leading them to their own successes and promotion.
In 2011, through promoting and building Directors, Michelle achiever one of the top three levels in 2011 by advancing to National Executive Director.
In 2013, Michelle promoted an additional three new Directors from her organization – and now has a total of over 18 Directors in her world – one of the highest totals organization-wide. Her Unit Sales from 2012 to 2013 saw a 55% increase; the number of Consultants on her team, a 61% increase.
Michelle’s passion for Direct Selling and teaching, training and mobilizing a team of over 2,000, has earned her four company cars, including the sleek silver SLK 250 Mercedes Benz convertible she now drives. In 2013, the retail world sales totaled over $3.4 million.
In 2009, Ms. Jones received the Consultant of the Year Award, spurring her on to a consistent four years of positive growth and putting her on track to promote to Senior National Executive Director in 2014, an honor earned by only 11 others.
She is the only BeautiControl Consultant who has twice earned the honor of being invited to Tupperware’s Chairman’s Summit – a yearly gathering of the best of the best of all of the Tupperware Brand companies worldwide.
