FBI Sets Up Website For TelexFree Victims To File Claims

Telexfree, FBI

The FBI has set up a website for victims of the alleged TelexFree Inc. fraud to log their complaints.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation and Homeland Security Investigations are seeking customer assistance relating to TelexFree, Inc.

If you are a customer of TelexFree and you believe you have been defrauded, you are encouraged to complete the secure questionnaire, which will be reviewed and responded to appropriately.

TelexFree of Marlborough and its principals are facing criminal and civil fraud charges for allegedly running a global, billion-dollar pyramid scheme.

While Massachusetts residents have an estimated $90 million at stake, people around the world were involved in the company, according to regulators.

The case is currently being pursued in two tracks, both in bankruptcy court, as well as in a separate federal court proceeding.

The website features a link to a questionnaire, which people who believe they lost money in TelexFree can fill out.
