USANA Named One Of Top Places To Work In The Direct Selling Industry
Recognized for establishing a nurturing work environment, USANA Health Sciences was named one of seven of the nation's best places to work for within the direct selling industry by Direct Selling News.
The inaugural contest was run through Quantum Workplace and was open to all direct selling companies headquartered in North America, with 50 or more corporate employees.
USANA strives to create a work environment that encourages a work and home life balance, while maintaining a positive and productive atmosphere its employees enjoy being a part of, said USANA Chief Communication Officer Dan Macuga.
To be recognized as one of the best direct selling companies to work for in North America is a huge honor when you take into consideration how deep the competition is. As USANA heads toward becoming a billion-dollar company, it's imperative that our employees are proud of what they do and who they work for, and this program has let us know the feeling is mutual.
Through the in-depth program USANA employees voluntarily participated in an online survey designed to measure workplace engagement by gauging factors such as employee recognition, engagement and leadership development. Responses were then compiled and evaluated to determine overall composite scores of participating companies.
USANA has been recognized for its onsite workout facility, complementary fitness classes, organic café, annual profit-sharing program and impressive health and life insurance packages both locally and nationally. Most recently, USANA was recognized for the seventh consecutive year as one of the Best Places to Work For in the nation by Outside Magazine.
Founded in 1992, USANA Health Sciences is a U.S.-based nutritional company that manufactures high-quality supplements, personal care and healthy products in its FDA-registered facility in Salt Lake City.
