Cisse represented Ivory Coast at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro in the men’s 80 kg. He won the gold medal and gave to Ivory Coast the first ever Olympic title for the country. He is extremely admired in Ivory Coast and the surrounding countries.
