Modere Appoints New Chief Financial Officer – Shane Ware

Modere (the Company’), the first social retailer to create a safe and forward-thinking approach to overall wellness, today announced the advancement of Shane Ware to Chief Financial Officer.

Having served with the Company for 10 years in various roles of progressive responsibility, Shane brings an intimate knowledge of the Modere brand’”and its historic growth internationally’”to his new post as CFO.

Most recently, as Vice President of Finance for the Japan market, Shane was charged primarily with helping to execute the rebranding of the then-largest market and its conversion to the Companys innovative new Social Retail business model.

Over his decade-long tenure, Shane has traveled to or worked in every Modere foreign office, overseeing financial operations in each market. A licensed CPA with an MBA from the University of Utah, Shanes impressive credentials and extensive industry background make him an incredible asset to the Company in his new role as CFO during what’s projected to be Moderes largest growth period. 

Shanes vast repertoire of experience positions him as a leader in the finance and operations industry,’

Prior to Modere, Mr. Ware worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers. His experience in worldwide audits, international finance regulations, and establishing consolidated global treasury and cash management processes has driven Moderes streamlined financial operations.
