Latin America is hungry for blockchain and cryptocurrency technology. Just ask OMNIA leaders Oscar Montoya Rivera, and brothers Santiago & Andrés Rozo.
In well under a year they have led to the formation of a 5,000+ member team in Colombia and have expanded into more than 20 countries. We now sit down with them to get the inside scoop on what’s happening in their world.
Santiago Rozo says in Colombia it took little time in creating a wave of momentum. Although it wasn’t easy to get started in MLM, it was his best shot at making it big in the world of business.
“I was fortunate to come from a middle class family which I feel gave me an opportunity to become a professional. The reality however is that jobs with a decent salary were few and far between. It wasn’t until discovering network marketing that truly had the best chance of real success. I had worked hard on many projects but none provided me with the ability to fulfil my dreams.
I’m now 6 years into this industry and I’ve come a long way from knowing nothing. I was destined to discover OMNIA, which has not just changed my life but thousands of others. We are sharing future technology that is truly life changing for thousands of people in Latin America.
I believe what we are doing will affect generations to come. I would imagine there aren’t’ a lot of people out there that have this great an honor.”
Oscar Montoya Rivera saw the potential of this industry through the concept of helping others rather than personal gain.
I must confess the first time I heard about MLM from a friend in university around 5 years ago, I had no idea what it was and for sure didn’t understand it. I know though, that it was critical that I got started because what I understood was that the more people you helped become successful, the more successful I would become.
That was all I needed to know. I now look back at the process, all the traveling, the learning, the mentorship, etc. and it brings me great pride. I have so many success stories from various people I’ve brought on board who are now leaders that I’ve lost the fear of being wrong.
The people who are meant for greatness will achieve it and those who aren’t won’t. It really does come down as much the individual as it does the company they represent. When you combine a great company with great people the sky’s the limit!
Santiago’s brother Andrés, at just 22 has gained valuable lessons from this industry that are usually reserved for those much more advanced in years.
“I got started in this industry at just 17 and after 5 years of real experience, I am positive that what we have is in fact the beginning of a legacy and an empire that will impact and inspire people for years to come.
In my experience, I can state that the key of success in this life is to go beyond the ideas and thoughts that come about in your mind and combine that with real heart and passion and know we can do much more than we ever imagine.
A person with a millionaire and winning mentality is the key to greatness in this industry. I’ve applied this in my career and the results are evident among the thousands of people joining our mission.”
Santiago believes it’s only a single second that makes way for a change in someone’s life
“I am aware that to change someone you only need a second of each person’s life and that is what I did, to give priority to what I was looking for. That one second when your ideas, visions and goals click in someone’s mind and heart is the moment you have opened the doors to the potential that we all possess. It’s then up to that person to take massive and immediate action.”
All three men shared one commonality – that was being grateful and humble for the experience.
