Ray Carter Steps Down As CEO Stemtech

Stemtech Corporation thanks Ray C. Carter, Jr. for his 15 years of service and commitment to the Company as Founder and CEO.

For personal reasons, Ray has stepped down as CEO but will be accessible to the Company on an as needed basis. Stemtech`s Board of Directors, Darryl Green, Michael Blank, Robert Grinberg, Benjamin Kaplan, and Charles Arnold, plus the Company`s approximately 30,000 distributors around the world, wish Mr. Carter great success in his future endeavors.

David Casanova is promoted to President of Global Sales and Marketing with the responsibility to drive global sales and Corporate growth. Mr. Casanova commented:

“We are now preparing to expand our distributor base and provide additional and unique products for our growing user base.”

Darryl Green, Chairman of the Board commented,

The Board of Directors appointed Victoria Rudman Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Rudman has over 20 years of professional experience in multiple aspects of leadership, operations, accounting, finance, taxation and fiscal management.

The majority of her career has been in Fortune 50 global investment bank and retail brokerage firms as well as small cap public companies and startup ventures. Ms. Rudman commented, “I am very excited for the opportunities that arise out of a changing environment and looking forward to working together with the stellar management team currently in place around the globe.”
