One year after signing its partnership with the African Football Confederation (CAF), making the company the official direct selling partner of the African Champions League (CAF Total Champions League, CAF Total Confederation Cup and CAF Total Super Cup), QNET has established a positive milestone through its action in supporting football on the continent.
As a global leader in direct sales, QNET has made a significant contribution to promoting and developing the visibility of African football, confirming its interest in the most popular sport on the continent.
Commenting on the first year of its partnership with CAF, QNET’s CEO Trevor Kuna said:
“We are very pleased to see that our association with football in Africa has been very successful over the past twelve months.
Our partnership has enabled us to consolidate our commitments to our independent representatives and customers, while strengthening our presence on the continent.”
“Our partnership with QNET has kept all its promises. We wanted to build a strong brand behind the respective championships on the continent, making them more popular, but also increasing the revenues generated by them.
This has now been done and it is a sign that African football has the potential to be commercialized worldwide,” said Ahmad Ahmad, CAF President.
The two-year partnership signed between CAF and QNET aims to develop fan engagement throughout Africa and beyond, including through activities specifically designed for the company’s distributors and independent representatives (IR).
