We are a typical family of nine siblings. Unfortunately, we lost the head of the family, my venerable father, when I was just 13. With such a large family with large, incessant needs, and growing up with our hardworking mother as the only parent left, it made me push myself to Dream BIG. Yes, our life was the characteristic, poor and struggling Filipino family.
I am such a dreamer. I dream big. We call it “ambisyosa” in the Philippines. Some people associate it with a negative connotation, and yet I am proud to say that I am ambisyosa. This state of mind became the foundation upon which my persistent, almost elusive dreams marvelously metamorphosed into a spectacular reality.
I set my goals and I go for it. Truly, we get what we give! In every amount of effort, I exerted towards my goal, I saw results coming. With my diligence in school, I was able to lead students like me and received various opportunities to represent the youth in different Leadership Fora in and outside the Philippines which ultimately paved way for me to reach the land of my dreams, the USA.
With all that narration in hand, one would ask, what really brought me into this Coffee Business?
I’ve used all sorts of weight loss programs spending $600 to $800 a month, yet none of them gave satisfying results. The struggle went on, to the point that I even got hospitalized all the time as my cholesterol, blood pressure and sugar level all went beyond the charts.
Without any forethought, we visited a friend of ours in California last October of 2018 and got introduced to this coffee.
Just like all the other products I used in the past, I took the chance to try it. Surprisingly, in just 8 weeks, I lost 25 pounds.
It wasn’t only me who got surprised, everyone in my social media accounts, particularly Facebook, was amazed! All seemed to be shocked with the transformation the coffee did to me. From the previous trending hospitalization post that I had to an alarming Coffee Transformation; my friends’ curiosity just kept on flooding. Friends around the globe sent messages asking what I did and what this product was. And the rest, as they say, is history.
My husband enrolled me in Valentus as a user in November last year as he got a lot of orders. On February 2019, I decided to jump in the business-achieved Emerald Structured. In March achieved Diamond, had a satisfying run for Double Diamond in April and just last month (JULY) joined the TRIPLE DIAMOND seat. With all these overwhelming series of fortunate events, I now have a different definition of SUCCESS: “SUCCESS IS REAL WHEN YOU SHARE.”
I would like to express my gratitude to our Tree Leader Dr. Chi, my upline’s upline, the only Female Royal Diamond Ms. Jen Melendez; my best buddy who introduced the coffee to me, Triple Diamond Ms. Rhealou; my husband who is also a Double Diamond himself, Daryle and of course to my IRs who have been very instrumental to where I am today, who believed in me, the products and the opportunity Valentus can give.
