Jeunesse Global has been recognized by “Direct Selling News” (DSN) as one of the Best Places to Work in Direct Selling in an annual workplace program that measures and celebrates employee engagement among direct selling companies.
This marks the fourth time Jeunesse has earned this designation.
DSN partners with Quantum Workplace to determine the best workplaces in the direct selling industry using a confidential and anonymous employee engagement survey whose results determine the honorees. The survey measures responses across six categories: Communication and Resources, Individual Needs, Manager Effectiveness, Personal Engagement, Team Dynamics and Trust in Leadership.
