BE’s Philippine Leadership Retreat Unforgettable Experience for 100 Global Leaders

BE’s Philippine Leadership Retreat was created to inspire, elevate and bring people together in a setting worthy of the achievements being celebrated. More than 100 leaders from over 20 countries travelled to Coron in Palawan and Boracay, discovering a journey filled with learning, adventure and meaningful connection from the moment they arrived.

Those invited to the retreat stepped into an experience fully arranged and fully paid by BE, created for individuals who had reached a certain level of leadership. The week highlighted something the organisation has become recognised for bringing its leaders together in standout destinations across the world. This cadence of global gatherings reflects BE’s continued investment in developing and aligning its leadership base. 

Coron Sets the Tone with Beauty and Authentic Connection

The retreat opened on a private island in Coron, a place known for its quiet waters, limestone cliffs and the kind of natural stillness that instantly resets the mind. The welcome gathering felt warm and genuine, allowing people who had only interacted online to meet face to face in an atmosphere that encouraged openness and unity.

One of the most powerful moments came during the wellness program led by Ferdinand Thor. Participants moved through guided meditation, breathwork and an ice-bath experience that challenged and uplifted them. Many described it as a turning point that helped them reconnect with clarity and confidence.

Adventure continued the next day as seven private boats carried the group to Coron’s most iconic locations. Kayangan Lake, Twin Lagoon and untouched coves with crystal-clear water offered leaders the chance to explore, unwind and simply enjoy being present. The day concluded on a secluded beach prepared exclusively for the BE group, creating a beautiful pause in the middle of an unforgettable week.

A Seamless Journey from Island to Island

To keep the entire group moving in sync, BE chartered two private flights from Coron to Caticlan. The seamless transition preserved the retreat’s rhythm and allowed everyone to travel comfortably as a single community. It was a thoughtful detail that reflected BE’s commitment to creating a complete experience from start to finish.

Boracay Brings Reflection, Learning and Celebration

Boracay greeted the group with a feeling of renewal. Here, CEO and Co-Founder Moyn Islam hosted an intimate Mastermind session focused on vision, leadership and long-term impact. The conversation encouraged attendees to think beyond daily goals and reconnect with the bigger purpose behind their work.

Boracay’s shoreline later became the setting for BE’s signature All-White Celebration. Music filled the night air, fireworks lit the sky and the energy across the group felt unified and full of optimism for the future.

Though he was not physically present, CTO and Co-Founder Ehsaan Islam shared his message with the attendees:
