Boles brings nearly two decades of experience spanning field leadership, corporate strategy, and sales development within the direct sales and wellness industries.

She spent nearly ten years with Avon, one of the world’s most recognized global beauty brands, where she played an instrumental role during a period of transformation and growth.

During her tenure, Boles worked across sales training and leadership development before advancing to oversee a $50 million division with 18 district managers reporting to her. Her markets consistently ranked among the company’s top-performing regions, finishing #2 out of more than 80 regions nationwide for key growth indicators including new consultant development, fast starts, and leadership growth.

Following her time at Avon, Boles contributed to international expansion initiatives across the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada, while also supporting emerging leaders in Australia and New Zealand to implement scalable training systems and leadership strategies.

She later built her own field organization, rising to become a Global Top 200 leader, before returning to corporate leadership roles focused on regional development and field growth.

Most recently, Boles served as Head of Business Development at Immunotec, where she focused on leadership development, market expansion, and building modern systems designed to support scalable growth.
