Jen is really great to work with! She was able to answer all of my questions thoroughly, and walked me through what I needed to do step by step (and multiple times too, as I kept making mistakes). I especially love the patience and understanding she has with me. I am on medication that slows my nervous system down, and as a result, I forget a lot of information and often need walked through things multiple times before I understand it… and even then, I may not remember it the next day. She made the process easy for me, and I greatly appreciate that. I look forward to working with her in the future. She has such a sweet spirit, it's refreshing.
