To know a man like Doug "Cowboy" Glaze is to know a man of integrity and purpose. I haven't known Cowboy a long time, but he is the type of person/leader that anyone would be blessed to have in their corner. Now you factor in his wife Debbie, and it's easy to figure out that Cowboy is only part of the package you get when teaming up with him. They are straight up team players that truly enjoy watching, and helping, people achieve their dreams and goals in life. Cowboy and Debbie are part of the incredible leaders who saw the vision of Sevinity and would be a great choice to team up with!
