Brent Palmer Wins Partner.Co’s 2025 North America Vision Award

Partner.Co is proud to announce that industry veteran Brent Palmer has won the 2025 Americas Vision Award. One of Partner.Co’s most prestigious awards, this year’s Vision Award was presented live at PXP’25 Dallas.
What is the Vision Award?
The Vision Award honors a Brand Partner who lives the values of Partner.Co each day.
“This leader inspires and uplifts others, builds strong teams and leads with heart and integrity,”
Founder and CEO Darren Zobrist explained to a packed audience at PXP’25 Dallas.
“Their influence extends beyond personal success. They strengthen our culture, foster collaboration and help shape the future of our company. This award is not just about performance; it’s about someone who leads with vision, consistency and a lasting commitment to building a company designed to endure.”
A Coach for Life
A former high school principal and championship-winning football coach, Palmer established himself in the industry right after high school, though it took a few years to really find his way, go full time and see the success that he now helps others achieve.
“Brent has dedicated his life to helping people see what’s possible and rise to their potential. This person’s vision is very simple but powerful: Keep it simple, stay consistent, and never stop building,”
Zobrist said, as he and Founder and Chief Brand Partner Officer John Wadsworth piqued the crowd’s interest before officially announcing Palmer as the winner.
Wadsworth shared similar sentiments, praising Palmer’s ability to use his time-tested and refined leadership skills to continue to inspire countless people way beyond the football field.
Wadsworth also made sure to remind the crowd of Palmer’s dedication to building, growing and enhancing the culture of the company. And, he said, as someone who was on the ground floor — before Partner.Co even had a name — Palmer is uniquely able to do just that.
“At Partner.Co, we treasure our culture, and this person is a champion of it. This person believes in blurring the lines of sponsorship. This person is a coach who leads selflessly, who leads his team with unprecedented leadership,”
Wadsworth said of Palmer.
True to form, after taking the stage to a thunderous applause, Palmer started by saying how humbled he was to accept the award.
“This is huge. I did have the honor to be here at the beginning and one of the things I want to say is I have so much gratitude to serve all of you globally with this amazing company.”
Being there at the beginning, Palmer also talked about how, in talking with Zobrist and Wadsworth, he knew something great was on the horizon, something that he could believe in that would translate to success for more than just him and his team.
“I’ve always had this burning desire to find an ownership group and a group of executives that didn’t have a vision to one day sell, didn’t have a vision to one day move away, but instead had a vision to say, ‘No, this is going to live past us,’”
he said.
“I found that with Darren, John and Partner.Co.”
Palmer went on to say that what he’s been able to accomplish — and what he sees others accomplishing — fills him with such pride.
“I love this industry, I love what it can do for people — and I’m seeing it all across this crowd and all across the world of Partner.Co right now,”
he said.
As he closed out his speech, it was clear that Palmer’s work ethic and spirit are inspired by his previous coaching and teaching positions and that these tenets are near and dear to him.
“I’ll be the last one to cut the lights off. I don’t quit and through all the twists and turns of building this industry that’s been a constant,”
he said.
