Jenna Zwagil Issues Official Statement Clarifying Her Limited Role With Zionix
Detroit, MI — December 12, 2025 — Entrepreneur and business strategist Jenna Zwagil today released the following statement regarding her past involvement with Zionix:
“My engagement with Zionix was strictly advisory and centered on product strategy and structural improvement. At no time did I have ownership, access to company funds, or involvement in financial operations.”
According to Zwagil, she was initially hired as a consultant to assist in setting up a new U.S.-based company, Zionix, for its scheduled December 2025 launch in the United States. She shared that, as part of that process, she engaged Troy Dooly through his advisory firm, Deep South Strategic Solutions Inc., to carry out a thorough assessment of Zater Capital, the previous offshore entity. Following Dooly’s advice, Zwagil took on an interim CEO role for the new U.S. company and hired the law firm Thompson Burton to establish the necessary regulatory and compliance frameworks for lawful operation in the United States.
Despite assurances that the interim CEO position would grant full operational authority and unrestricted access for herself and her compliance and legal teams, those assurances were not fulfilled, Zwagil shared. When it became clear that the equity owners had intentions that differed from the agreed-upon, compliant, transparent U.S. launch, Zwagil resigned from the position.
Throughout the process, Zwagil used her own resources to work on the development a compliant, tech-driven, membership-based model aimed at providing sustainable value under U.S. federal and state regulations.
