In my 21y of entrepreneurship I have never met a greater leader than Gareth.
His Leadership comes from the heart, Gareth is innovative and treats everyone equally. His success as a leader is simply of the fact that he has no judgment and only focuses on value he can give to his team members. He leads by example. Shows up and steps up when it’s needed. It’s never a dull moment with Gareth he keeps me supersizing with his out of the box leadership thinking and doing. Not only a great leader also a good hearted man.
