Lumi is an exceptional mentor who has truly mastered the art of "leading by example." Transitioning from a digital connection to meeting twice in person within such a short timeframe—especially across continents—is a testament to how much she values building real relationships within her team.
Lumi seems to embody servant leadership. Her willingness to be "always available" and her focus on teaching new skills suggests she isn't just focused on her own success, but is actively invested in yours. It’s rare to find a role model who is both a high-level strategist and a hands-on teacher is an amazing person and leader! I've only known her for a few months, yet, her part has been pretty impactful on my life. She is always available and happy to share information and teach new skills. I wish for everyone to have a 'Lumi' in their lives.
