More Than 8,000 Global Entrepreneurs Gather in Malaysia for QNET’s VCON 2026

Flagship event champions innovation, leadership and transformation while unveiling new products and opportunities for the future

Held under the theme “Reform. Perform. Transform.”, VCON 2026 brought together more than 8,000 entrepreneurs and business leaders from 30 countries, reaffirming QNET’s position as a global platform for entrepreneurship, leadership development and personal transformation.

Supported by the Malaysia Convention & Exhibition Bureau (MyCEB) and Tourism Malaysia, VCON 2026 marked the third consecutive year of collaboration with agencies under the Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture Malaysia (MOTAC), reflecting the event’s continued contribution to Malaysia’s business events and tourism ecosystem.

The event united participants from across Sub-Saharan Africa, the Middle East, Central Asia, Southeast Asia and other international markets for a week of learning, innovation, networking and inspiration. The collaboration also supported the objectives of the Visit Malaysia 2026 campaign by showcasing Malaysia’s world infrastructure, rich cultural diversity and renowned hospitality to participants from around the world. 

For nearly three decades, VCON has served as QNET’s flagship global gathering, bringing together entrepreneurs, leaders and changemakers from around the world to exchange ideas, build capabilities, embrace innovation and unlock their potential. This year’s edition inspired participants to challenge conventional thinking, elevate performance and create meaningful change in business and in life.

A defining highlight of VCON 2026 was the series of keynote sessions delivered by the company’s founders and leadership team, who shared their perspectives on the future of entrepreneurship, resilience and adaptability, and the opportunities that emerge when individuals commit to lifelong learning and personal growth.

The sessions encouraged participants to embrace change, pursue continuous improvement and create meaningful impact in their businesses, communities and personal lives.
