But they should also have:
- Effective communication: They must transmit the needed information suitably. It’s fundamental for leading.
- Vision: A leader needs to have a vision, which means not only thinking in a short term, but trying to see a bigger picture.
- Balance: Give importance to team members’ opinions.
- Art of Feedback: In order to produce good feedback it’s important to keep it impartial and objective. Criticism must bring solutions and improvement.
I'm a networker with another company and haven't met Didi in person yet. I have followed her social media for the last 6 years.
I was impressed because a customer of mine followed Didi's profile since Didi helped coach her (my customer was not relsted to Didi or her business, she was a random stranger, and Didi helped her without asking for anything in return! Sandy told me I could learn a lot form this woman! So I became curious and she was right! One day I will make it a point to meet Didi in person, because she doesn't know it, but my leadership style comes from seeing how she leads! She is uplifting, funny, she is a courageous survivor who uses her pitfalls to lift OTHERS by showing them the way. When I grow up, I want to be like Didi! It is my pleasure to leave this review! Didi has the “it factor”, no doubt. This is my first chance to work directly with her and it’s been an absolute pleasure. Very heavy on servant driven leadership. Very much a team player in all aspects. Supportive and positive contributor in our team pages. Didi is the definition of teachable and duplicatable. Contributes on corporate calls and team zooms and does it with positive impact to the person listening. She puts in the work and she’s consistent. She knows exactly what she wants and what it takes to get there, including going out of country to have team events. I’m very much looking forward to helping Didi take MPGXtreme to whatever level she desires.
There are no ways to do justice to Didi. Words fall short! I met her through volunteerism with Autism families, as we both are traversing that path. Didi has a grace and humor about her, there are no bad things, just learning curves! She makes you feel less crazy, more human, better equipped, calmer yet invigorated all at the same time! I became a customer first and then a fan. Now I'm family. There's a magic about anything Didi touches. She elevates experience to a whole other level of applied knowledge with insightful yet kind firmness. A leader through and through. Highly recommend!
I met Didi through an online group called "Women In Business" and she introduced MPG. At first it was challenging, and I was discouraged.
When I complained to this Vision Giver, goal getter, motivator, encourager Didi, she gave me confidence that the right people would join my business, creating a legacy for my family. Her words gave me courage. Today, many are saving money on fuel. Testimonies are coming! Didi's vision that I would create a legacy for my family through MPG is certain to me now. Her wealth of knowledge is out of this world, she's so versatile that I do wonder how God can bless just one person with so much knowledge as hers. I owe all thanks to Didi because she was there both night and day to attend to my urgent questions and guide me rightly. My husband once asked me if Didi ever sleeps, because she is always available to respond to my questions at any time. She's patient, humble, listens to every question, and takes opinions from me too. I confidently recommend her to any individual, group or company looking out for an amazing leader because I know she will deliver perfectly well!
Didi Figueroa is motivated an a motivator and injects everyone around her with positive energy in many ways and will simply just be there for everyone. She has exemplified what is a true friend for over 30 years not just to me but everyone. She is so humble and it's not to be mistaken for weakness. I can attest that she is truly in GOD'S favor for choosing her to be an angel's mother Nani. Didi has been blessed with compassion, patience, love and the understanding of what it takes to succeed. I've known Didi for a better part of 15 years now. We are family by any definition of the word, not to mention her better half is like a brother to me. I can honestly say she is a genuinely humble, loving, and compassionate person that is equally driven and focused on anything she sets her sights on. I feel like Didi will help anyone build themselves up before she focuses on herself. Just a word of advice: if your goals are to build a better you, those are the coattails to lead the way… grab on tight and don't let go
I have known Didi for about 5 months and she is an amazing lady. I am so glad that she contacted me and she is helping me with spread the news to my friends and family here in the states and in Uganda. She is always there when I need her and answers all my questions. If she doesn't know she finds the answer for me. She is always encouraging me to do my best and more. I know with Didi's help and encouragement I will go a long way in being able to not only take care of my family but be able to help so many more families.
I know Didi for almost 25 years. We met through my next door neighbor when I lived in New York City, we had built such a rapport, it was only natural for us to keep in touch.
She is a phenominal person, only bringing about positive vibes, no matter how brief the interaction – whether it is with co-workers, acquaintances or the lady in front of her in the grocery line.
She is ethical and very capable of being a wonderful leader, and because of who she is – I trust her advice and her judgement. She has always given me space to speak my mind and discuss any differences in opinions, regardless, if discussions were one on one or in group settings.
I have never regretted being associated with her, in any way, shape, or form. She has a way of diffusing agitatation with humor and honesty.
When I was approached by her about businesses and projects she was involved in, yes, I was very interested. Now, at the time of this review, she is my business partner and mentor on several endeavors and I am eternally grateful to also call her a friend.
I met Didi through a mutual friend who recommended I use her genealogy skills to find a relative. From there I saw her profile page and asked her about the mpg caps. I didn't have enough for a sample and she just went ahead and helped me understand I could either spend the money on the tablets or I would spend it at the pump. The difference is at the pump, I get less miles per gallon, my car doesn't get a cleaner burn, more power or preventive maintenance. She knows her stuff! I am now saving up to become a distributor with her team. She's not going to steer me wrong. Great gal!
This lady is a special lady. I have known her for over 19 years. I care for her special needs daughter. Now she helps me care for people in my country in Ghana and other African countries to find a better way to make and save money. This is a tue blessing to work closely with Ms. Didi.
