He provides more advanced training on new products and programs to reduce the learning curve and increase our knowledge so we get the most out of of these unique products. He was and still is a major interface between Healy Corporate and United States members, and played a significant role in the start up phase making it easier for both US distributors and Healy Corporate to understand each other’s needs and requirements. This accelerated getting the Healy/US infrastructure up and running, increased and made communication between the US and Healy more effective.
