"A leader and professional networker is the one who has the ability to guide and at the same time is able to motivate team members, inspire respect and confidence and explain the power of the compensation plan".
But they should also have:
- Effective communication: They must transmit the needed information suitably. It’s fundamental for leading.
- Vision: A leader needs to have a vision, which means not only thinking in a short term, but trying to see a bigger picture.
- Balance: Give importance to team members’ opinions.
- Art of Feedback: In order to produce good feedback it’s important to keep it impartial and objective. Criticism must bring solutions and improvement.
J. Forston is a superrr smart businessman. He is very selfless; always willing to help; and look out for others! I'm not associated with his organization directly, yet he has taken time to coach me. I've also witnessed others ask him for assistance within their own businesses and he's taken time for them! He is a selfless leader for sure. The experience he has with in the direct sales industry is price less. He has spent many years honing in on his craft. Not many with his experience would be as willing to share openly about what one needs to do, to have success with in the industry. He does not hesitate to do so.
I have a great deal of respect for J. Forston and I'm honored and grateful to be a part of his team. J is positive, upbeat, focused, a true visionary about what the company and it's members will achieve. Every time I've reached out to him for help, he has been easy to approach and quick to help. He is well-loved by all of us. In enrolling a new member I made a mistake on placement and thought there was nothing that could be done, but I took it to him although he was extremely busy helping many people, he took the time to make sure the placement was corrected for me. He could've just said he was sorry but it couldn't be changed. He went above and beyond and always does.
