They are constantly training and learning and they really are an example to follow because they do what they preach. They handle themeselves with responsibility, ethics and integrity and it is something that really has value because they do not put their interests before those of the group. My admiration, respect and gratitude for treating the team like a family and looking for the best for everyone and for keeping their values high. They know what it is to be a true leader!!
