The most amazing leadership, very lucrative comp plan. The best company I have ever worked with in terms of simplicity, systems, support, connection between management and people in the field.
I love the fact that the founder of the company does weekly trainings and literally shows us how to work this business first hand. Love that all our questions get answered soon!
Love how inclusive the culture is. Love that we are not required to lease a luxury vehicle to make the company looks good and create a specific image while a lot of people struggle to make those payments. We get a lifestyle bonus instead.
