Berdeeva Nazym is a head of the Regional Service Center in Almaty, Kazakhstan. She has a truly united team with members from different countries, where everyone is always ready to help customers and each other. As a leader she is very attentive, understanding and encouraging leader, making every person in n her team feel comfortable and safe. She motivates employees to work not only efficiently, but creatively as well. But when needed, she appears as a strong, responsible and savvy leader, guiding and instructing her group.
We are really grateful to be a part of this APL structure under Nazym's leadership.
