Michelle Van Etten is a supportive mentor, who is an amazing and effective communicator. She listens to her team members, and has so many solutions to any roadblocks anyone on the team might be facing. She continues to help myself and my team level up our game in business, and in life, as she has a ton of patience and a slew of knowledge. If you are on her team, or even of you are not, she will be there for you, that’s for sure. Michelle is an artist at knowing when and how to critique a team member with a gentle yet straight forward approach, helps keep myself and my team focused on using my time wisely! What I love most about Michelle, is that she takes what I have to say into consideration, and helps me expand on ideas. Michelle is a service driven leader that has helped me excel in more than one business. I would recommend learning everything you can from her, but don’t try and keep up!
