Helping people is her passion! She will go above and beyond for her team. She is in constant communication with her team and keeps us updated on the latest information. She leads by example and teaches others to lead in the same way. She has been the instrument in helping others dream again. Crystal is goal driven and strives to help her team set goals and accomplish them. God has given her a gift of leadership. Not only is she a leader, but she helps others become leaders also. She has the ability to see in others what they might not see in themselves. I cannot say enough about Crystal Thurber.
