I apologize for not yet responding, as a reflective person I first wanted to attempt to recall a conversation with the description you shared. I do not recall speaking with you.

I agree first, that all reviews are for purpose, as a growing leader ALL of this is vital to personal and professional growth.

Second, I am very open about my journey and have shared on multiple instances that this is NOT the sole reason for over a year of this journey, since I’ve only been with beyond for 6 months. That would absolutely be irresponsible. I apologize if a post or something was presented in a manner that eluded to this.
