My gosh, where do I even begin how much I have enjoyed being mentored on Jen's team. I've been in the direct sales industry for 15yrs, and have never had such a passionate leader who cares about every last person under her succeeding. She is always available for 3-way calls, she is humble, she is always smiling, always complimenting team members. She sees in them what they don't see in themselves. She brings out the best in every person, whether they are seasoned, or new at direct sales. Our weekly trainings, the marketing ideas she comes up with, and bestows upon every one of us, have been like nothing I've ever experienced. She isn't just giving the top leaders preference, rather every person on her team are treated equally. She reaches down and finds those people hiding, not having confidence, and helps them blossom. She is always humble, always complimenting, always calling out team members for their accomplishments, cheering us on, and a perfect example of what every leader should be. I am very blessed to be on her team, know her professionally and personally.
