Michael Scott Weber is probably the best leader I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have known him for almost 2 years now. He has all the qualities you describe here. He, first and foremost, is kind and really cares, but he also communicates very well and regularly. He encourages growth but is also patient. He gives balanced feedback and really wants others to succeed. He's fun and honest, and he's always thinking of ways to help us succeed. I am grateful that he is in my life. Anyone who has the opportunity to work with him should take it! He will make sure you succeed if you are just willing.
