Hardest working servant leader I’ve had the pleasure to work with. Carolyn has built a network from the ground up and supports and protects her team with ferocity. She knows how to mentor and duplicate her success amongst her team. She builds genuine connections that last. Watching her success has been one of the most fun accomplishments to ever watch. Her team is very lucky to have a leader who truly cares for them and is always looking to elevate them to the best of their abilities. She is a true teacher that is always looking to improve how she runs her business and never sitting back and getting comfortable with the status quo
