Truly the epitome of a leader with how interactive he is with others and leads by example. On various occasions, John has been able to figure out his team’s strengths & weaknesses & then the group as a whole were able to come together and mesh. John is a truly an asset on any team he is apart of definitely proves time & time again that he is comfortable being uncomfortable to not only lead by example, also push his own limits. He has a way of gaining the trust of each person he interacts with to the degree that they do not forget how the exchange of knowledge between them, so that people frequently remain curious and if not initially eventually become apart of the vision that he’s putting into fruition. He cares and has a love for people and only wants to see the greatest version of themselves be made manifest.
