I understand that the amount of open tickets increases the amount of work for you, but I don't understand why you threaten the ticket and treat it as closed.
I am surprised that it takes so long to solve it, namely the process should be immediate because time in the digital world is connected with our purchases and the effect of increasing value.
I hope that you know how to stand on our side and that it would work, a ticket would not be needed, and both sides would be satisfied, right?
In addition, we carry a much bigger burden, namely our members contacted us because of inaction, so we have more work to do with it and you are taking the work away from our focus, which means you are extending the construction time and because of inaction, it is even harder to trust the project.
