I am disappointed to hear of the recent illegal activity of Young Living. They not only took precious products from a country without the country’s permission, but they brought it into the US illegally as well. I have always taken comfort in the company’s Seed to Seal promise, but now I question it’s authenticity. It also is more apparent that it cuts out natives of the country. This is not fair trade to the many many countries it gets its oils from. Rather than promote an economy in the countries whose ground is ideal for the best oils, YL selfishly seeks all proceeds by cutting out local farmers and at times, even local laws. It is important to trust where you buy your essential oils from. If they were sneaky about these things, what else are they being dishonest about?
