One of the best leaders I have ever worked with. Very professional and reliable. Fernando is an "action man", a do it now guy. He is certainly a great asset to APL GO Philippines and one of the pillars of the company. I really admire Fernando's way of thinking and how he executes his action plans, A guy who has been successful in the networking business for decades and has a solid track record of growing a business from then til now. Fernando's culture when it comes to business is all about teamwork, mentorship, camaraderie and duplication. He does his training very well and has opened these learning opportunities to everyone in the company. He is a person who is a stranger to "no cross-line" in my business. Very supportive and fun person as well.
