Melissa's been in the industry for a while. She supports supports her team and also teaches them new things to help grow their business. She also continues to create mindset for herself and pass that along to her team. She is also a good friend. She cares about everyone on her sideline on her upline and in her downline. Personally if I have any issues I can reach out to her and she responds almost immediately faster than any upline has ever done for me .
Melissa is very patient she will teach you in your time not in her time. She would be an asset to your company.
