I signed on as an agent fairly quickly. it was great. I met many people though this opportunity. i learned numerous sales techniques that I will carry thought out my whole life. I went on many conferences with my team and made good amounts of money. The sales goals
were hard to reach. They promoted selling to people you knew. I loved it.If you like to be hired for a specific job, and like being told how to do it , while management stands looking over your shoulder – then this is the place for you. I can't recall the number of times I was told to do something I had already inquired about, reported to management, or completed because of the micro management that occurs constantly day after day.
