I have been listening to Randy for around 15 years and a part of his teams for about 13. When I first heard him, I was drawn to him. He is an excellent communicator and has spent long hours learning the art of communication.
He has a clear vision for his personal and business life and a plan to accomplish his goals. His teachings reflect not only his plans for himself, but the ways he can help others to develop their own plans and offers them a way to achieve those plans.
Randy cares for everyone and he will go to the greatest lengths to help others be successful.
"That which is measured can be improved." Randy listens to his team members, works with us and guides us to the solutions that we seek. He can be critical, but he is fair and will work with us to find the path we need. He and his wife Samantha are great together and they complement each other well.
