I typically don't leave reviews but my interactions with Dayman and the company definitely warrant one. As a commissioned professional myself, I am keenly aware of the client interaction & try to interact with my clients in a manner in which THEY wish to be communicated. I never want to be "sold" – I want engagement and understanding of benefits and value. Dayman is, without question, an amazing example of "meeting people where they are" in order to serve rather than to sell. He's positive, patient, informed and is an excellent communicator! Each interaction with him brings value to the customer and he's a problem solver that helps make the customer feel confident that a solution will be found. As a result of my interactions with him, I actually "made the leap" to become a team member with the company. His leadership skills & continued personal growth are inspiring and it's been fun to work him on every level. Being around his energy has allowed me to catch a vision of a bigger life and I am thrilled & blessed to be a member of his team and now have him as a dear friend.
