Eva is a great leader. She knows the ins and outs of businesses of all types. She is articulate in teaching and explaining any questions her team or customers ask. She is a great motivator and draws people of all walks of life. Eva also can bring the leadership out in you if you want to grow and learn. Eva has vision not just for her self or personal recruits, she reaches far down into the team and encourages everyone that there is greatness in us. Eva knows the comp plan, she knows the product and she knows people. She is not biased and will help anyone who asks.
