I haven't yet taken the plunge and committed to a plan. I like to fully investigate any claims made by a company. I was recently introduced by a family member and she then set up a zoom meeting with her friend and I presume mentor. Both were amazing on the call and certainly answered any concerns or questions that I posed. I will certainly be taking advantage of an enrolment package, just need to decide which one.
All the packages offer a varied range of products. I am certain that once tried and tested I would likely build up the products to cover all my requirements regarding my health and fitness needs.
