She is too busy bullying other reps instead of helping people succeed. I would not recommend working with her or joining under her. If you scroll through her Facebook group, you will see multiple examples of negative posts targeting other representatives. She even creates nasty AI-generated pictures about people she disagrees with, which I personally find very unprofessional and unnecessary. I believe leaders should focus on supporting their team, encouraging growth, and creating a positive environment rather than attacking others online. There is enough negativity on social media already. I would rather work with someone who spends their time building others up instead of tearing people down publicly for attention or drama.
